SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days.
The customized orders request can take up to 7-14 days depending on the complexity of the design and we'll get in touch with you in case if requires additional time.
Shipping times vary based on location and selected shipping method.
We offer standard and express shipping options.
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and displayed before finalizing your order.
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
We are not responsible for delays due to courier service issues or unforeseen circumstances.
After your order gets shipped, In case of lost or undelivered packages, please contact us within 15 days for assistance.

We accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Customers must initiate a return request via maximilianm4m@gmail.com with proof of purchase.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item is inspected and approved.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 10 business days to reflect in your account, upon receiving of the returned item in our store address.
Customized or personalized products are not eligible for returns unless defective or incorrect.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy conditions.

Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.
To initiate a cancellation, customers must send an email to maximilianm4m@gmail.com with the order details.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Refunds for successfully canceled orders will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
